Downloadable endo symptom diary

As an advocate of endo awareness and an endo warrior myself I want to help as many women as possible get a diagnosis for their pelvic pain in the least amount of time.

Mine took 8 years, and it is my mission that women who suspect that they might have endo have the right information to hand to show their GP's.

Here is a printable symptom diary to help track pelvic pain and symptoms.

Help yourself, pass the word around and I hope it helps.

  1. Thank you! Really liked it, but I feel that it's missing more symptoms of pains and cramps. Personally I get pre-period cramps and at times ovulation cramps as well, which wouldn't really go under back pain, painful sex or heavy/painful bleeding.

  3. You're a sweetheart. It's definitely a very important issue. Although not as bad as yours, it took the doctor's 6 years before I had a diagnosis (I started seeing doctors for my period pain when I was 17, I have lost count of the amount of times I was told it "was all in my head" and that "period pain was normal", I even had a gynaecologist tell me I did NOT have endo! Apparently he didn't know that you can't be sure of that through a standard examination and that in most cases you need to do a lap in order to be sure.).

The symptom diary my hospital made me fill out when they were suspecting endo wasn't as comprehensive as I would've liked, it only monitored 3 things, bleeding, pain and consumption of pain killers. You marked with 1-3 x's how severe the pain or bleeding was, and the amount or kind of painkillers you used (I do naproxen (prescription) and paracetemol and ibuprofen (OTC)), when I'd filled that out for 3 months, the doctor took one look at it and said "you're in a lot of pain aren't you?" I was like... yeah, that's what I've been telling you guys.
